PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central control unit capable of starting data communication without deteriorating voice quality. SOLUTION: When a data incoming call request is received during the performance of voice communication by a line signal synthesizing and separating part 14, a data incoming call request signal is transmitted to terminal radio equipment 3 by the use of a high-speed subordinate control channel FACCH with a frequency being the same as that of a channel Vch for a voice after waiting the completion of the voice communication.
