PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid patch antenna having a performance comparing quite well with conventional devices by the array of a small wire-shaped conductor without using a transparent conductive film and interrupting no visual range more than conventional devices. SOLUTION: A plurality of small wire-shaped conductors are arrayed in parallel with one surface of a transparent-dielectric substrate 1 and a base plate 3 is manufactured by short-circuiting and connecting each of each both end of these conductors by the small wire-shaped conductors in the crossed directions. A plurality of the small wire-shaped conductors are arrayed in parallel with the parallel small wire-shaped conductors of the base plate within a range smaller than the base plate on the other surface of the dielectric substrate, and a patch 2 is manufactured by short-circuiting and connecting each of each both end of these conductors by the small wire-shaped conductors in the crossed directions. A feeding point 4 is fitted within the range of the patch 2 or the feeding point is fitted at a place in the range of the width of the patch 2 on short-circuit conductors for the base plate 3, and the conductors are connected to the short-circuit conductors for the patch 2 by microstrip lines.
