PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for preparing a three-dimensional CAD model by which the three-dimensional model used among three-dimensional CAD systems includes attribute information. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional model 2 including the attribute information is prepared by converting the attribute information of the three-dimensional model into graphic codes and sticking the graphic codes to a position of the three-dimensional model to which the attribute information is applied by a graphic code sticking means 11 mounted on a first CAD system 1, in a second CAD system 3, the graphic codes and their positions are read from the three-dimensional model 2 prepared by the first CAD system 1 by a graphic code reading means 31 and the graphic codes are converted into the attribute information.
