摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress performance degradation of a system caused by temperature characteristics of an amplifying section. SOLUTION: A power Tr 12 and a current signal converting/amplifying section 13 are incorporated in one solenoid drive IC 11. In the solenoid drive IC 11, in order to quickly increase the temperature of the current signal converting/amplifying section 13 while considering that the power Tr 12 and the current signal converting/amplifying section 13 are arranged in a positional relation where heat generated by the power Tr 12 is transferred to the current signal converting/amplifying section 13, a drive signal generation part generates a drive signal of heat generation acceleration pattern for accelerating heat generation from the drive part when the temperature of the current signal converting/amplifying section 13 is lower than a prescribed temperature (e.g. room temperature), and the power Tr 12 controls the electric conduction of the inductive load according to the drive signal of this heat generation acceleration pattern. Consequently, electric conduction(heat control) is executed for heating the amplifying section to increase the temperature of the current signal converting/amplifying section 13 up to the room temperature range in a short period.
