PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design verification device, a design verification method, a design verification program, and a recording medium with the same recorded that can shorten a design verification time and can easily and accurately verify a design. SOLUTION: According to relative position information representing relative positional relationships between movable position information representing the movable positions of a harness 40 as a movable part and position information representing the positions of immovable parts about the harness 40, an arithmetic control part 23 determines whether or not the harness 40 and immovable parts satisfy prescribed functions, for example, whether or not the harness 40 interferes with the immovable parts.
