PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence fastener which realizes assured fastening even when a post and a vertical member are arranged close to each other. SOLUTION: A fastening band 2 has a post fastening part 20 abutting against the post 50, and a pair of extending parts 21, 21 continued from the fastening part 20 to hold the vertical member 51 of a fence body 52 in a sandwiching manner. Seat surfaces 10, 10 abutt on the extending parts 21, 21, respectively. A bolt is inserted into a bolt hole 11 formed in the seat surface 10, the fastening band 2 is tightened, and the post 50 and the vertical member 51 are fastened. The seat surfaces 10, 10 are connected by connecting parts 12, 12. A spacer part 13 is provided in a vertical direction between the connecting parts 12 and 12, and is interposed between the extending parts 21, 21 as a spacer.
