PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has the original characteristics of a polyacetal resin, can obtain a molded article whose mechanical properties especially such as impact resistance or the like are improved and in which decomposition of a polyacetal resin is suppressed, and to provide the molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises: a graft copolymer (A) obtained by carrying out the graft polymerization of a vinyl monomer with a rubbery polymer (R) obtained by carrying out the polymerization of a monomer which composes the rubbery polymer under the presence of a surfactant derived from a gum rosin or a surfactant derived from an N-acylamino acid; and a polyacetal resin (B).
