PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spraying apparatus capable of optionally controlling a flow rate of spraying of a liquid fine particle produced in the liquid spraying apparatus without performing large-scale change such as design change and control change of the liquid spraying apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid spraying apparatus has a nozzle fixing position adjustment means constituted by a projection part 24a and a recession part 44, thereby, a fixing position of a first nozzle can be adjusted in an axial direction. A distance of a distal end of the first nozzle 40 and a distal end of a second nozzle 33 can be set to optional width, thereby, the flow rate of spraying of the liquid fine particle S2 produced in the liquid spraying apparatus 1 can be easily controlled.
