PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil spreader for cooking, in which the applicator can be easily cleaned. SOLUTION: A core member is provided in a multi-layer structure comprising solid resin, fiber, etc., so that a part of the core member where it is hardened with contamination is peeled. The core member can thus be easily cleaned. Oil can be spread constantly in a clean state. Since the core member is usable to it's full length, frequent replacement of the core is not necessary.
