The device (1) has a sleeve-shaped part (3) for locking onto the rope (2) and for varying the rope length with a device (4) for reversible rope locking in which the free rope section (2a) can be inserted and clamped. The reversible rope locking device is in the form of a clamping hook on the outside of or in one piece with the sleeve-shaped part with an opening for the rope that is equal to or smaller than the thickness of the rope. An independent claim is also included for a holding rope, especially a clamping belt. |
