Channel press (1) comprises a horizontal pressing channel (2), a pressing stamp (3) and a pressing box (4) arranged in the pressing direction (10) between starting and maintaining position of the stamp and the inlet opening (5) of the pressing channel. A filling shaft (6) opens into an upper open flat region of the box. A counter knife (7) is arranged in the transition region between the box and the inlet opening of the pressing channel in the upper edge and inner surface region. The cutting edge from a central tip has a first section directed toward the channel wall and second section reaching the channel wall. Preferred Features: The first section of the cutting edge is polygonal and has a partial section and a further partial section. |
