An information processing method and an information processing system include: a step for generating pseudo-random number data PD having the same data amount as secret data D from random number data R; a step for calculating exclusive OR between the pseudo-random number data PD and the secret data D and generating data XPD; a step for generation function data FD having the same data amount as the random number data R from the data XPD by using a predetermined function; a step for calculating exclusive OR between the random number data R and the function data FD and generating random data XR; and a step for concatenating the data XPD and the random number data XR and generating concatenated data CD.
