<p>The inventive stepless gearbox transmission comprises drive (1) and driven (2) shafts and a casing (3) provided with a drive (4) and driven (5) constant mesh gears arranged therein, a differential (6) provided with a drive (6) and driven (7) gears, a shaft rotation reversing mechanism (2), a limiting rotation speed and a shaft parking brake mechanism (2) and a gearbox transmission ratio adjusting mechanism which is embodied in the form on an axial-piston pump (13) and is provided with a pumping line (14), a swash plate (19), a butt hydraulic control valve (25) and a block (22) of working cylinders (23) which are provided with pistons (24) which are arranged therein and cinematically connected to the swash plate (19), wherein the differential (6) is placed inside the block (22) in such a way that it is coaxial with the gears (7, 8) and comprises at least one pair of planet pinions (9, 10) which are fixed in such a way that they are rotatable in the block (22), a by-pass baffler is located in the line (14), the gear (4) is fixed to the shaft (1), the gear (5) is fixed to the half-axle (11) of the gear (7) and the gear (8) is cinematically connected to the shaft (2). Said invention makes it possible to extend the functional capacities of the gearbox by smoothing rotation, limiting the rotation speed and the driven shaft parking brake and by interrupting a torque thereon.</p> |
