An insulating and waterproof panel and a waterproof apparatus using the same and a construction method of the same are provided to preclude the water from being leaked at the connection part according to the formation of the waterproof member having the wing. An insulating and waterproof panel(1) is composed of a support(1a) mounted at the lower part to have stiffness and a plate body; a waterproof member(1b) installed at the upper part of the support, made of the waterproof material, and formed with a wing(1b-1) whose one surface is more projected/extended than the side surface of the support; and insulating materials(1c) placed between the support and the waterproof member, constructed to be closely contacted on the bottom of the construction place, and adhesion-fixed with the waterproof member adjacent to the wing. |
