COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR SOOTHING EFFECT ON THE SKIN

A cosmetic composition comprising urea powder is provided to show cooling effect through endothermic reaction of the urea powder when being dissolved in water, thereby providing freshness, elasticity and irritation soothing effect to skin. The cosmetic composition for soothing skin comprises urea powder as an effective ingredient. The composition further comprises xylitol as an effective ingredient. The total content of the effective ingredient is 30-90 wt.% regarding the total weight of the composition.
