<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording material having an excellent ink absorbency to enable high-speed recording, excellent in smoothness of an image recording part, high in image density, excellent in image uniformity, realizing high image quality in both dye ink and pigmented ink, excellent in scratch resistance on printed surface especially in pigmented ink, small in difference between white paper gloss and printed surface gloss printed in pigmented ink, and capable of being utilized for a photographing application, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the ink jet recording material having at least two or more layer coating layers of first coating layers which contains a pigment a binder on a support and and second coating layers are set on a compatible ink jet recording material, the uppermost layer contains an ultrafine aggregate pigment having 0.008-0.7 μm of a mean particle diameter and a detailed aggregate pigment of 1-30 μm at a ratio of 100/1-100/15. Especially, if three or more sorts of colored pigments are contained in at least one-layer coating layers, ink jet printing paper approximating the color tone of a printing sheet is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
