<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to make early reservations for large quantities of seats, to enable a customer to purchase collectively large quantities of travel commodities, and to sell travel commodities which are considerate to the handicapped and are flexible with respect to travel days. <P>SOLUTION: Predeterminate selling prices which are set to a predeterminate selling price storage means so that they are lower according as the quantities of Internet seat reservations are larger, are discounted in a sale discount price aggregation means by utilizing the order of reservation dates and the order of reservation rates. Amounts of return money set correspondingly to seats in use sections of facilities for use and respective travel commodities are made larger according as total amounts of predeterminate purchase prices are larger.
