<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create an appropriate schedule when receiving an appointment application according to the content of handling corresponding to the appointment. <P>SOLUTION: An appointment system comprises an appointment reception means 31 for receiving appointment information 21 specifying handling corresponding to an appointment, a storage device 20 for storing required handling time data 23 recording required times necessary for handling execution and schedule data 26 recording an assigned handling schedule based on appointments, an appointment assignment means 32 for, when the appointment information is received, referring to the required handling time data 23 to acquire the required time necessary for the handling execution and assigning a new handling schedule of the required time in the schedule data 26 to update the schedule data 26, and an output control means 33 for outputting the schedule data 26 to a display output device 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
