<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate an acupuncture point simultaneously with moisture supply from skin as a method for relieving fatigue of the lower lid where the fatigue appears most. <P>SOLUTION: A material excellent in water absorbability is used for a material to be put on the lower lid. The material is used after being impregnated with water, a lotion, or a substitute liquid.
