<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate adjusting electron emitting element array panel, an active matrix equipped with this, and a manufacturing method of this. <P>SOLUTION: The gate adjusting electron emitting element array panel includes a first electrode and a pair of second and third electrodes which are insulated from the first electrode and arranged to be separated from each other, and in which an electron emission range overlapped with the first electrode is demarcated. By this, a distance between the electrodes constituting the electron emission area can be formed to be longer than several nm scales, then this array panel is easy to be manufactured, its manufacturing cost can be reduced, and its mass production can be made possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
