PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform repairing and construction (particularly, of an extremely small scale) by optimizing the quantity of material to be used, service labor, operability and a device scale of a small scale, in construction, civil engineering and a road. SOLUTION: This repairing-construction apparatus has a space composed of a storage division and a preliminary division of the volume ratio fixed by a mixed experiment and biotechnological measurement, in a vessel having manual handling performance and self-sustaining performance when storing a material; and has the ratio of the longitudinal directional length/the maximum cross-sectional length fixed by the biotechnological measurement; and is set in the longitudinal direction rockable when holding with both hands by putting a palm on an upside.
