PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush gate capable of surely carrying out flash-wash even in a low water level, by providing the flush gate surely transferrable to an overturning attitude from a rising water cut-off attitude, and surely autonomously restorable to the rising water cut-off attitude from the overturning attitude. SOLUTION: This flush gate has a valve element 2 having a base part supported with left-right structures in a bottom part of a water passage 8 or in the vicinity of the bottom part and freely rockable between the rising water cut-off attitude for blocking up the water passage 8 and the overturning attitude for opening the water passage 8; and has a first attitude restoring mechanism for restoring the valve element 2 to the rising water cut-off attitude from the overturning attitude by energy stored in a helical spring arranged on a rocking shaft of the valve element 2 in response to an attitudinal change to the overturning attitude from the rising water cut-off attitude of the valve element 2, and a second attitude restoring mechanism by a rocking weight mechanism 5 for generating the restoring moment in the rising water cut-off attitude direction in the valve element in the overturning attitude.
