PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust remover having an easily settable draining net, without discharging food rubbish outside by surely gathering the food rubbish, even if a water level in a storage tank varies. SOLUTION: This dust remover A is arranged in an inflow port R to the storage tank (a grease trap) G arranged in the middle of a drain passage for removing garbage from waste water including the garbage such as the food rubbish drained from a drain pipe of a kitchen. This dust remover A has the draining net 3 having opening one end for removing the garbage from the inside of the waste water, and a fixing member 1 for fixing the opening end of the draining net 3 by facing the inflow port R. The fixing member 1 has a frame 1F having a ring-shaped cylindrical part 1A having the opening center, having the periphery forming an annular shape and projecting to the anti-drain port side of a peripheral part of the opening part, and a tape 6 arranged on an outer peripheral surface 1a of this cylindrical part 1A so that a locking hook 6a turns outward for locking an opening end part of the draining net and constituting one of a sheet-like fastener.
