PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of simplifying mounting work of a recording paper roll and positioning the recording paper roll for a conveyance roller with high precision. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device 2 is composed of a supporting mechanism 15 and a conveyance mechanism 16 provided in a printer main body and a paper feeding tray 17 pulled out for the printer main body. A first supporting member 18 is provided on the paper feeding tray 17. A second supporting member 28 is provided in the supporting mechanism 15. When the paper feeding tray 17 is pulled out and is pressed in after mounting a recording paper roll unit 3, the recording paper roll unit is delivered from the first supporting member 18 to the second supporting member 28.
