PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead travelling vehicle having a roller conveyor type transferring machine provided with a stopper mechanism capable of surely holding/releasing a work placed on the roller conveyor type transferring machine without requiring an electric actuator and a control circuit. SOLUTION: The roller conveyor type transferring machine 120 has a lever member pivotally supported freely to turn in one end thereof around the support shaft and having a roller 134 or a roller-shape in the other end thereof, and the stopper member 150 interlocked with the lever member so as to be always closed by dead load of the lever member and a spring provided in the lever member. Mechanism for releasing the stopper member by lowering the roller conveyor type transferring machine to make the roller or the roller-shape abut on a stopper releasing surface 160 provided in a loading station 300 or an unloading station 400 is provided to solve the described problem.
