PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a constitution of a conveying system and a drive system of a device for peeling off a protection film from one surface of a plate material to simplification and low cost. SOLUTION: In the plate material protection film peeling off device, polarization plates 23 are stage-piled up while downward directing the protection film so as to lay on a polarization plate receiving plate 20 above a set base 21 and a peeling off plate 27 and an adhesion conveying tape 26 drawn out while upwardly directing an adhesion surface at an upper surface side of the peeling off plate 27 is stuck on a portion projected from the polarization plate receiving plate 20 of the protection film of a lower surface of the polarization plate 23 at the lowermost stage. The adhesion conveying tape 26 is moved in a conveying direction integrally with the peeling off plate 27, thereby, the polarization plate 23 at the lowermost stage is separated from the other polarization plate 23 and is conveyed. Thereby, the adhesion conveying tape 26 is pulled so as to bend it in a direction different from the conveying direction of the polarization plate 23 when the polarization plate is conveyed to the protection film peeling off position. Thereby, the protection film stuck on the adhesion conveying tape 26 is peeled off from the polarization plate 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
