PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire ensuring vertical/lateral edge component and block rigidity, and enhancing not only on-snow acceleration/braking property but also on-snow operation stability. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire (10) provided with a tread (12) includes a plurality of block-like land parts (18) divided by grooves (14, 16) on the tread (12), and the block-like land parts (18) have a plurality of sipes (20) respectively. The sipes (20) have amplitude on at least a tire stepping surface side in a direction perpendicular to a sipe longitudinal direction and have different cross section shapes (22) at least one position in a tire depth direction.
