PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack mounting structure of a vehicle, suppressing degradation in processing cost and processing property for processing a floor part (rear floor panel) of a rear part of a cargo room caused by formation of a jack housing recess part, enhancing rigidity of a vehicle body including the floor part by disposing a cross member, and effectively utilizing the cross member to form a jack housing recess part. SOLUTION: In the jack mounting structure 20, a rear cross member 4 is extended in a vehicle width direction, and connected with a rear end part of the rear floor panel 8 forming the floor part 7 of the cargo room 6 and a rear end panel 9, a part of the rear cross member 4 is formed in a stepped-down manner with respect to the floor panel 8 to form the jack housing recess part 21, and a jack mounting part 22 is disposed to mount the jack in the state where it is housed in the housing recess part 21.
