PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a fraudulent action such as the pseudo charge of a token by means of making a token sensor to be erroneously operated bymalfunction by using a fraudulent tool. SOLUTION: In the token sensor (190) provided in this token sorting device (100), a shielding wall (202) projected to a token guide path side and facing the guide direction is provided in the gap of respective photosensors (191 and 192). Thus, the further intrusion of the fraudulent instrument which intrudes the token sorting device is blocked and the installation of the fraudulent instrument is prevented.
