PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a conventional muscle training machine to a hydraulic muscle training machine. SOLUTION: The hydraulic muscle training machine consists of a reciprocation resistance machine and a load adjustment machine so that the balanced training of muscles of joints is possible as the agonist and the opponents alternately move with application of the reciprocation resistance, and the blood circulation is facilitated while the straining and relaxing of muscles are repeated with the reciprocation. Such hydraulic muscle training equipment for the leg extension/curling, squat, abduction/abduction, chest bracing/rowing, shoulder pressing/rat-pull, abdominal/lower back, rotary sorting, rowing, triceps/biceps, leg pressing, etc. are used as the hydraulic muscle training machine and the hydraulic muscle training equipment for the training of muscles such as the agonist, greatest gluteal, quadriceps muscles and biceps muscles of thighs, long adductor muscle, gluteus medius muscle, rectus abdominis muscle, broadest of back, deltoid, elector muscle of spine, oblique muscle, triceps and biceps of arm, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
