PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable washer-dryer which stably operates without malfunction. SOLUTION: The washer-dryer is provided with: a washing motor 44 for agitating clothes 41; a washing control circuit 70 for controlling the washing motor 44; a heat pump 50 having a compressor 45, first and second heat exchanges 46 and 47 and carrying out dehumidification operation when drying the clothes 41; a compressor control circuit 76 for controlling the compressor 45; and an operation/display circuit 72 for receiving operation by a user and outputting display to the user. The washing control circuit 70, the compressor control circuit 76 and the operation/display circuit 72 are respectively provided with individual microcomputers 71, 73 and 77. Control of the washing motor 44, the compressor 45 and the operation/display circuit 72 are respectively shared by the microcomputers 71, 73 and 77, so that work of each microcomputer is suppressed to prevent malfunction caused by delay of processing.
