PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing mushroom fungi preventing invasion of various germs into a culturing bag, causing no clogging of the culturing bag due to watering, and also reducing costs required for the culturing bag. SOLUTION: The method for culturing mushroom fungi comprises the following process: once folding down the upper part of the culturing bag 2 to close the opening part of the culturing bag 2 while allowing ventilation through a folded part 2a; keeping the folded condition of the culturing bag 2 via a rubber band 3 to culture mushroom fungi in the culturing bag 2 so that the various germs getting down from above do not invade into the opening part of the culturing bag 2 folded downward and therefor the culturing bag 2 is prevented from clogging caused by watering. Unlike a conventional method, the method does not require to use any expensive culture bags with filters so as to save the costs required for culturing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
