PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing elastic copolymer composition excellent in a cross-linking reactivity and to provide the cross-linked rubber. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing elastic copolymer composition comprises (A) a fluorine-containing elastic copolymer comprising a repeating unit (l) based on a fluorine-containing monomer of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, or CF<SB>2</SB>=CF-O-R<SP>f</SP>(wherein R<SP>f</SP>is a 1-8C saturated perfluoroalkyl group or perfluoro (alkoxyalkyl) group), and a repeating unit (m) based on general formula CR<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>=CR<SP>3</SP>COOCH=CH<SB>2</SB>(R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group or an 1-10C alkoxyalkyl group containing an etheric oxygen atom, R<SP>3</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or a methyl group), wherein (m)/(l)=0.0001-0.1 (mole ratio), (B) an unsaturated multi-functional compound and (C) a bivalent metal oxide or hydroxide.
