PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for filling a container with a food and luxury goods in handling, especially in maintenance and repair for a container closing device assembly. SOLUTION: On a container closing device, at least one closing place having the closing device assembly 11 in a device pedestal 10 is provided. The closing device assembly 11 is held by or attached to the device pedestal 10 by a guiding means S belonging to the closing device assembly 11, and is positioned by the guiding means. Also, the closing device assembly 11 is pulled out sideways from the device pedestal 10. The closing device assembly 11 which is pulled out is held at a maintenance position on the outside of the device pedestal 10 by the guiding means S, and access to a closing device 13 of the closing device assembly 11 is permitted at the maintenance position.
