A soil cement manufacturing machine mounting an impeller having a scratching blade is provided to lengthen a life of a blade and to increase an output by preventing accumulation of soil cement in a composition tank and wear of the blade of the impeller. The machine includes: an inlet part(100) for inputting soil and cement; a composition tank(210) having an inflow hole(220) through which the soil and cement from the inlet are supplied, an outlet(230) for discharging composed cement, and a nozzle(250) for spraying water and additives by being installed above the outlet; and an impeller(300) for mixing, composing, and moving the soil and cement, and comprising a circular plate fixed to a driving shaft(410), and a blade fixed to the circular plate in a radial direction and having a bending part formed on the end. At least one of the impellers has a scratching blade that is at least one of the blades having a more longer length than the rest of the blades and an end part in a T-shape. |
