摘要 A method for automatically measuring microbial growth in shake-flask culture using an automated flow injection analysis apparatus is provided to be able to increase the measurement efficiency of the microbial growth and precisely understand the growth profile of microorganism by increasing pick-up frequency of culture sample. To automatically measure the microbial growth in shake-flask culture, an automated flow injection analysis apparatus consisting of a tubing pump(101), an injection valve(103), an injection valve actuator(104), an air solenoid valve(105), a nitrogen pressure tube(106), a mixing chamber(107), a bubble remover(108), flow cell(109), a colorimeter sensor(110), a sensor signal amplifier(111), a connection device and a personal computer(113) is used.
