An electric heating mirror and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent environmentally toxic materials, such as aluminum, hydrochloric acid, and sodium hydroxide from being generated when manufacturing by making the electric heating mirror without performing an etching process. A protective film(20) is deposited on a metal coating surface of an electric heating mirror(10). An insulation layer(30) is formed on the protective film of the electric heating mirror. A specific layer pattern(40) for covering the insulation layer is printed on the insulation layer by using water soluble metallization resist ink. Then the insulation layer is dried. One of gold, silver, and copper is deposited or plated on a region, which is not covered by the layer pattern, to form a specific electrode pattern(50). The layer pattern is rinsed by using hot water, and the electrode pattern is dried. A PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) paste(60) is printed in a specific shape on a region, where no electrode pattern is formed, on the electrode pattern and the insulation layer. A current input terminal is parallel-coupled with the electrode pattern. |
