There is provided is a pillow that has an elongated body and an outer surface connecting two ends and a removable cover. The elongated body has a cavity through the middle of the interior portion between the ends. The pillow has a flexible spine comprising a chain extending through a majority of the length of the elongated body. The flexible spine is capable of articulating and providing sufficient stiffness to keep the pillow in a predetermined position.
