A method for caching hypertext data in a mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal therefor are provided to express the data immediately without a time delay caused by a network access in case that a user selects hyperlinked data. A method for caching hypertext data in a mobile communication terminal comprises the following several steps. The mobile communication terminal parses the hypertext data included in a connection screen, and extracts URL data hyperlinked to the hypertext data(S100). The terminal downloads data, directed by the extracted URL data, from a web server directed by the extracted URL(S110,S120). In case that a user requests the data hyperlinked to the hypertext, the terminal displays the data downloaded and temporarily stored(S130-S150). |
