A voice transmitting/receiving device and method are provided to meet users' various demands and enhance user convenience by enabling group communication between video displayers or a video displayer and a plurality of mobile terminals. Phones(10-30) simultaneously perform call communication with a plurality of the other parties at a user's request. A base station(40) connects a call of the other party inputted through each of the phones(10-30). A communication management unit(50) manages a call with a plurality of video displayers(60-80) through communication with the base station(40). The video displayers(60-80) perform call communication with the plurality of phones(10-30) according to a request received through the communication management unit(50). |
