A branch connection method and system, and a recording medium and an information storage medium therefor are provided to check location information of a client and connect a communication channel between the closest branch and the client. When a client terminal is connected, a client location checking unit(105) requests location information from the client terminal, and when the client terminal transmits location information to a server, the client location checking unit(105) receives it and checks a location of the client. A branch information checking unit(110) checks information on a branch located at the shortest distance from the location of the client. A communication unit checking unit(300) checks communication unit connection information of the checked branch. An information providing unit(305) provides the communication unit connection information of the checked branch to the client terminal.
