A novel porous organo-metal crystal is provided to be used as a storage media for storing micromolecule such as hydrogen by the internal porous structure. And a method for covalent-crystallizing an organo-metal compound is provided to be able to produce various forms of solid crystals and maximize the efficiency of the crystal production. The porous organo-metal crystal has an organo-metal compound, where a transition metal as a core metal is bound to six organic ligands consisting of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, as a repeating unit and is bound to six different repeating units, wherein the repeating unit has an octahedron structure where the transition metal is a center, is represented by the formula(1), MC3O6H3, and includes a plurality of pores. In the formula(1), M is a transition metal such as Zn.
