INTERNAL VOLTAGE GENERATOR

摘要

An internal voltage generator is provided to stably maintain a high voltage level by shortening a response time by increasing current supply before great current consumption due to a command. A charge pumping unit(200) outputs a high voltage with the level higher than an external voltage by performing positive pumping of the external voltage. A pumping control signal generation unit(100) drives the charge pumping unit when a driving signal is applied without sensing the level variation of the high voltage. A supply driving control unit(300) controls the high voltage supply of the charge pumping unit by receiving the driving signal.
