摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light emitting efficiency of an AC surface discharge type PDP considering distribution of the light emitting efficiency during a conducting period. <P>SOLUTION: In the conventional method, the time of the maximum value of light emitting efficiency is shifted after the time the maximum value of a discharging current.
