<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous sheet which causes a person nearby to pay attention to a working vehicle when the working vehicle makes a move at a position that is a blind spot to a worker on the working vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The luminous sheet 50 includes a first sheet 51 made of vinyl or the like which sheet 51 constitutes the surface of the luminous sheet 50 when used, a plurality of luminous portions 52 located under the first sheet 51, a wire code 9 connects the luminous portions 52, a second sheet 53 made of vinyl or the like which sheet 53 and the first sheet 51 sandwich the luminous portions 52 therebetween, a mesh portion 54 which maintains the strength of the luminous sheet 50, and a magnet 56 which is attached on the whole or part of the luminous sheet 50 to paste the luminous sheet 50 on a heavy machine, such as power shovel.
