<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store hot water in a hot-water storage tank by using an internal heat exchanger having small radiation loss and high heat exchange efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump water heater is so structured that a compressor 11, a radiator 12, an expansion valve 13 and an evaporator 14 are connected through pipes; the internal heat exchanger 30 for heat exchanging between a high-pressure refrigerant flowing out of the radiator 12 and a low-pressure refrigerator flowing out of the evaporator 14 is arranged; and hot water heated by the radiator 12 is stored in a hot-water storage tank 21. The heat pump hot water feeder is characterized in that the internal heat exchanger 30 comprises a first heat transfer tube 31 for running the high-pressure refrigerant in a supercritical region therethrough, and a second heat transfer tube 32 for running the low-pressure refrigerant therethrough; and the first heat transfer tube 31 is arranged in the second heat transfer tube 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
