CONTROL DEVICE FOR DISPERSED ENERGY SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an optimum operation plan taking into consideration of control operation corresponding to estimated deviation, letting alone the accuracy and uncertainty of the estimation, in a dispersed energy system.

SOLUTION: The estimating section 22 computes an estimation deviating pattern wherein the estimated value of the power generation amount of a fuel battery 12 deviates by a fixed value or more and its generation probability. A simulating section 24 performs simulation having an operation plan corrected from a time when the estimating deviation pattern is judged to occur. An evaluation value computing section 25 executes evaluation value computation by computing the evaluation value in the simulation, weighing the evaluation value corresponding to the generation probability of the estimating deviation, and adding the result to the evaluation value obtained when the dispersed energy system is operated according to the optimum operation plan on the condition of the evaluation value. An optimum operation plan creating section 26 decides an operation plan to provide a best evaluation value.
