<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting defect in color filter which does not cause failure after correction. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of correcting color material having a defect part formed on a substrate of a color filter, a through-hole is formed by removing the color material so as to include the defect part of the color material and is tapered gradually from an edge side toward the substrate side, and color material for correction is impregnated into the through-hole and is cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
