<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support chart which is useful for personnel in charge of planning/operating, an operator and any other persons concerned to share the directional property of housing development, and especially, is enabled to precisely reflect the social requirements of recent years. <P>SOLUTION: In this design support chart, the longitudinal axis (Y) represents, in a phasic fashion, the magnitude of a degree of participation of a resident in environments as an axis relative to the environments, while the horizonal axis (X) represents, in a phasic fashion, the magnitude of a degree of a desire of the resident for an affinitive life with any other resident as an axis of the desire of a living person. In addition, the chart is prepared for mapping a fundamental concept about residential goods or groups of residential goods to be planned in a rectangular region to be formed by the longitudinal axis (Y) and the horizontal axis (X). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
