<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system in which players perform such an appropriate matching that all the players can keep eagerness for a game. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of game devices 12 for playing the game are arranged in a game parlor 10. Each game device 12 is connected to the Internet 24 via the LAN 14 of the game parlor 10 to be mutually communicable with the game devices 12 in another game parlor 10, so that a common game is performed by making a team with the plurality of game devices 12. The database 22 of a server 20 has a user table which includes: user information; information of items owned by the users; and illegal information of the users, based on the item information. The users with the illegal information adapted thereto are combined to make a group, based on the illegal information of each user included in the user table.
